Yesterday I was messing around with the “Disk Managment” settings of my computer. And I accidentally unallocated my ‘D’ drive having 195GB of memory.
Though it was not a big issue because it could be easily solved by just reallocating the memory. So I just started reallocating the memory in its conventional way. But the real problem starts when it shows the following error at the time of processing.
Every time I tried to reallocate the memory as a new system volume, it showed me this error. Then I decided to go for a third party software to make my work done. It took a few minutes and it solved my problem. So, here is how I solved the “There is not enough space available on the disk to complete this operation” error.
MiniTool Partition Wizard Software:
Here is the link to download the software- Download Link
There are many plans of this software you can go for. But I used the free edition and it worked fine for me.
Once you install the software, just open it and select the ‘unallocated disk’
Then hit the create option to reallocate the memory as a new system volume of your system.
Give the name to your partition and allocate the size you want to.
Once completed hit OK.
Then it will ask you to apply the changes. Just click Yes to apply the changes and your system will be allocated with a new storage drive.
